I have read that this is the text published in France in the later half of 17th century. There is the method of making the Philosopher's Stone in it. Have anybody heard about this and know more?

Loads of documents published on this all over the net.
Pierre Dujols wrote a very interesting commentary on this book.
The best commentary is by Eugene Canseliet in French only.

Yes, this is a great little "book"- if we can call it such. It is really just a series of 15 plates that describe the alchemical process. There is no text besides the 1-2 line captions in the images; hence,Mutus Liber, "Mute Book".

I highly suggest Adam McLean's commentary on Mutus Liber as it is a great foundation from which to delve deeper into the complex symbolism of the plates.
