I noticed today as I was reading something I've read before and able to
absorb and understand more of it this time, that this inner process is exactly
like the outer process of cohobation - you make a solution, distill off the solvent
leaving the salts, then you place the solvent back on the salts again and this time
it is able to dissolve a little more salt than the last time; the process is
repeated untill all the salt is carried over by the solvent.
This also shows why salt is likened unto wisdom.
