Has anyone else tried washing thier crystals in trap water? I have tried it and there is marked change in energy and visible changes in luster.

This my second post on this topic. As many know, I have alot of crystals and also keep crystal skulls. I just finished working with the skulls for the first time since last week when they were washed for the equinox and left to enjoy their high holy days. They are now changed from the ormus. One told me that the ormus has changed and opened up new energy pathways that were non existant before, and this has fundamentally changed them all. I was shown an aquaruin circulating trap water with them in it. I dont know how that would work, but they said that these new energies have trandformed (my word) them and that this is the most important thing to happen to them since they were mined and carved. Like an initiation. Beauty upon beauty, joy upon joy were their words. The levels of love coming off them were profound. They now have a new relationship to light. Just thought i'd let someone else know.

I don't know if this is relavant but, I distill my well water and then pour it into my pitcher with crystals. Then after I freeze the water and I get about 2" crystals growing out of it!

Ah, that is odd! Do you have pictures of this phenomena? I might give this a try.

Have you tried using distilled water instead of well-water? Would be interesting if there's a difference.

What kind of crystals are you using? Crushed quartz crystals? Since sand is basically the same material as quartz I'm wondering if this would also work with very pure sand.

Yeh buddy , it happens almost every time. Its a quartz about 3" long. I have alot of "items" around here that might be influencing it but, I sware its pure water with a crystal placed in it overnight, and then frozen. I believe the water is taking the shape of the crystal... You say sand , reminds me of William Reich's experiments with water and heated sand creating "bions". http://i1135.photobucket.com/albums/m623/kbsrx7/shit/ice1.jpg

People have connected this to orgone before:
http://orgone-art.all4orgone.com/anglais/visibleeffectice.htm

Regular scientific view on the formation process can be found at e.g.:
http://www.physics.utoronto.ca/~smorris/edl/icespikes/icespikes.html
http://www.its.caltech.edu/~atomic/snowcrystals/icespikes/icespikes.htm

Controlled experiments would be necessary to determine for certain whether or not the nearby presence of crystals/orgone devices are influencing the formation of ice spikes, unfortunately I haven't yet come across any controlled experimental results online yet.

I was thinking, create one brick of resin with metal filings, and one without, and put them under 2 glasses of water. The plain-resin brick would be to try to control for any temperature-convection differences created by the presence of the resin itself. Freeze them both at the same time, using only one source of water, then repeat with them swapped on opposite sides of the freezer (in case there is a difference in the freezer on one side or the other), then repeat again by freezing them one at a time. (haven't tried all this yet.)
