This is some abramelin oil (http://www.vitriolum.net/index.php/our-work/45-the-work-of-aleilius/111-balsam-or-oil-of-abramelin.html) I made according to my own ratios. I used both galangal root, and calamus root in my recipe. The ratios are as follows:

3 parts cinnamon powder
2 parts powered myrrh resin
1 part galangal root powder
1 part calamus root powder

These were macerated in extra virgin olive oil, and subjected to mild heating. The concoction was shaken multiple times per day for a few weeks. It becomes very fragrant overtime, and has a very unique complex smell. Can be used topically as a skin rub, or used in food preparations. It stores well if your starting ingredients are food-grade, and your preparation techniques are sanitary.

Enjoy!

Hi Aleilius

How much olive oil did you use and do you strain it before use or leave the materials in the oil?

Thanks

Ghislain

Hey, the amount of olive oil used wasn't important. I didn't take any measurements. Use enough to cover the powdered plant material completely with a few inches on top. I didn't strain/filter it either, but decided that decanting was the easiest method. Filtering olive oil is quite a task & would take quite a bit of time. It would also readily clog up most filters (unless one has access to a vacuum filtrating setup).

Hello Aleilius, your oil appears to have a very hypnotic/energetic vibe to it. I can almost feel the energy from it, as if it is able to transcend the Internet and my computer screen. Strange... Would you be willing to describe some of the effects or benefits you've noticed using this concoction?

-Thank you

What are the benefits of using this balsam?

Hi Nibiru, thanks for the complements!

abdo & Nibiru: I really haven't thought of a real use for it yet. You can use it in the Abramelin work if you're into that sort of stuff. It can be used to anoint the chakras when doing chakra work. It's great as a balsam for skin wounds, and for general dry skin issues. It can be used for seasoning, and added to food to provide exotic flavoring. Other than that, I'm really not too sure about other uses. Just use your imagination, and I'm sure you can come up with lots of uses.

I've heard you can make Ecstasy with Cinnamon Oil, is that true?

Abremelin oil is used to converse with your Holy Guardian Angel. I imagine you use it by anointing yourself and meditating. I tried it the other week and it was a very spacey and out of body feelng.

Saffron oil, a component of Sassafras oil. Saffron is found in Nutmeg (Myristica fragrens), and I once extracted MDA from only 5 Nutmegs, boiling the crushed nuts in water to defat them, then using Ethanol to extract the oil, which appeared like sticky chocolate syrup. I encapsulated the oil, and took it on Christmas Eve 1978 at a Catholic Mass. I remember reporting that the MDA felt like I had smoked hashish and taken an amphetamine tablet. I had the Nutmeg taste in my mouth for a couple of days, and some bowl disturbance the next day. Twelve Nutmegs taken together are reportedly a fatal dose. http://mdma.net/

The conversion of MDA to MMDA really does require the expertise of someone competant in organic chemistry. One chemist speaks of combinations of both, which he claims that his wife likes. Remember that manufacture of MMDA, which is unfortunately still a Schedule I substance, is a serious offence against 'The Machine.'
The Chemistry & Pharmacology forum at www.shroomery.org has a lot of discussion and archives on this matter.

There is a controversy with the translation of one ingredient in the Holy Anointing Oil found in Exodus 30, and that is whether the said ingredient was Calamus, or Cannabis. I believe it is Acorus calamus for the reason in the link above. As to entheogens in the Tenach, Daniel Merkur has speculated that the Shewbread in the Holy-of-Holies, which was eaten by Moses and Aaron, before they 'went out to see the Glory of the LORD,' was ergot-laden bread. http://www.amazon.com/Psychedelic-Sacrament-Meditation-Mystical-Experience/dp/089281862X/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1319815582&sr=8-8
