View Full Version : Fluid universe

I've been thinking and reading a bit on evolution. The radical concept is that evolution is habitual, meaning that nature changes according to whatever habit that has been formed, thus nature can follow the laws set up by science and also be free to experiment... as habits change.

The universe is like a big organism (or tiny organism), and you all know if you time-lapse a mountain you will see it flow up and down. From the perspective of the infinite mind of nature the whole world is like one of these:

During my ayahuasca sessions I experienced a melting sensation, I felt like I turned into jelly and melted away... but it was not a negative experience, it felt weird but natural... and free... everything is dancing and moving in waves... all you who have done mushrooms, ayahuasca or the like probably know what I am talking about...

I am sure science would not appreciate this world view, but perhaps this notion is what the coming paradigm shift will be. Ecological is on most lips these days, and if we move more towards a unity with nature perhaps science will see this fluidity in nature. Just like watching a mandlebrot-set (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/showthread.php?1444-Mandelbrot-set) zoom forth, everything flows, changes... yet follows laws that change slowly (we humans never have time to see these changes)...

Symbolically like serpents going up and down.
