I have to stress again, for this post, the sameness of spiritual and laboratory alchemy.

That said, I'm going to use a spiritual alchemy language and example to illustrate some
alchemical truths.
Let's say that the Prima Materia is undifferentiated mind-stuff.
Let's say that this is also a Universal Solvent or Alkahest.
All things/qualities/elements/gunas are returned/dissolved/reduced to quality-less, undifferentiated
First Matter in this solvent/Philosophical Mercury.
Notice that your mind is capable of all that I have mentioned - possessing qualities and
being undifferentiated. The mind is capable of identifying with an item of quality and emotion
and then reducing that same identified mind into unidentified, undifferentiated "non-being".
This is a medicine! A QE (quintessence).
If you can transmute items (issues, problems, thinking, separation, emotion, etc...) into non-quality
sameness/Oneness, can you imagine the peace you will attain, and the effect on your body?
A transmutation for sure.
And can you see there is no difference between the Prima Materia, the Philosophical Mercury,
and the white stone, or the red/Materia Prima, save coction, which means experience/ripeness?
If you can make all somethings equal as generic undifferentiated mind stuff, what need is there
for silver or gold? There is none. Gold is equal to dung to this quality-less mind.
But it is certainly a test - if you can enfold into no-thing-ness, you can unfold into somethingness,
and by providing the appropriate qualities, create gold, or anything.
Seek first to know the nature of a thing - its essence.
Seek first to know your own essence. :)

A wonderful thing to observe is when you enfold something and you're clean and done with it,
and then it pops back out into something again as if you hadn't dealt with it. In such a time, take
notice of this strong force of manifestation and seek the root. You will understand perfectly well
our magnet and our steel.
Remember that the three gunas in perfect balance are undifferentiated mind.
When the balance is upset, manifestation occurs. Understand the three qualities and how they
reside in you - how they relate to mind. And how they relate to the alchemical tria prima.

So Materia Prima and Prima Materia are the same thing...save experience?
