Welcome to my first post! :)

I suppose it proper to tell you all a bit about myself.

My broad interests include Ayurvedic medicine, Vedic astrology, dreams, and alchemy (obviously). Alchemically I am, at the moment, interested in alkahests, salts and gemstones, but haven't made much progress as of yet. Could say I'm waiting on proper equipment, could also say I'm just waiting.

I began studying alchemy after a series of incredibly interesting experiences most of you would likely describe as a thorough calcination. Around the same time I had started a dream journal, which brought me to a certain level of knowledge about myself and Nature. This knowledge was furthered by meditating on my natal chart and it's divisions, and I believe now to have a proper understanding of where I stand in this life and how I ought to use my time and energies.

That's about it for now.

end post.

Welcome, Corvidus...

Welcome to my first post!

...and many happy returns!

Interesting areas of interest you have!

You may have lots to share about Ayurvedic Medicine in our new section Body Matters (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/forumdisplay.php?112-Body-Matters), and your knowledge of Vedic Astrology can find a home in the Astrologia (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/forumdisplay.php?46-Astrologia) section.

To get a general overview of Alchemy Forums, you might want to check out Site Related (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/forumdisplay.php?2-Site-Related) as well as Rules & Guidelines (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/forumdisplay.php?5-Rules-Guidelines) (and the general Announcement (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/announcement.php?f=5&a=3)), to make orientation and navigation easier, have some technical/logistical topics clarified and hopefully assist with a smooth and constructive forum experience.

You can find information about Salts and Alkahests in the Practical Alchemy (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/forumdisplay.php?11-Practical-Alchemy) sections, and there is also a specialized Equipment (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/forumdisplay.php?78-Equipment) category, where we learn something new almost every day :)

Welcome again, and I hope you will enjoy your time here!

If I may say so, you sure go by a rather fascinating name, Corvidus?

Those are worthwhile pursuits. Hopefully you'll find it to your liking to share on this Forum.

Could say I'm waiting on proper equipment, could also say I'm just waiting.

'Timing' does seem like the proper footstep to follow in this Royal Art.

Welcome.

Aye, borrowed from the various corvidae that occupy my hometown (mostly ravens, crows and magpies).

And thanks to you all for the welcomes :)

I figured that might be the case. . . . I have several friends who're 'bird-watchers', or should I call you also a birder?

Not as serious a birder as some of my own friends, I'm much more interested in their language. Been trying to imitate magpies for a year or so but am almost at the conclusion man's vocal chords were not designed for bird-speak..

But if it pleases you. I have no objections :P
