From 22nd of November 2012 ---> 1st of January 2013 I'll be gone (for details see this (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/showthread.php?2828-Iboga-expedition)).

Any issues please PM one of the other moderators:

Androgynus (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/member.php?371-Androgynus) - solomon levi (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/member.php?26-solomon-levi)

If for some reason the forums goes down or something major happens I won't be able to deal with this until I return in 2013, so please have patience.:)

going where no Internet has gone before...

The InnerNet, however, is connected always and everywhere... Still got to have a working 'modem', though :)

(This could also fit in the 'Post-Humanity' (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/showthread.php?3234-Your-thoughts-on-post-humanity) discussion, but it nevertheless came up here)

Happy Dialing IN ! ! !

HI Androgynus,

(This could also fit in the 'Post-Humanity' (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/showthread.php?3234-Your-thoughts-on-post-humanity) discussion, but it nevertheless came up here)

Why "POST" humanity. The modem is already built into everybody. It just needs to be turned on with choice of channels and jack in, to borrow a modern terminolgy.

Hi Everyone,

I will be away during the whole of April and the first half of May.

I'm going to 'The Land of Oz' for some interesting meetings and possible collaborations.

I will have computer + Internet there, but I'm not really sure how much free time I will have at my disposal and how available I can be on AF during the time that I'm gone.

I'll do my best to check in regularly, but I may not be able to.

Usually I am receiving logistics-related PM's from time to time, so I can't guarantee I'll be able to reply quickly (or at all) during my trip (depends on the schedule).

Dev (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/member.php?1-dev) and Sol (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/member.php?26-solomon-levi) will be here (I hope/assume ), so this shouldn't be a problem at all.

So, you know, just be nice to each other and make sure you get enough sleep and eat your vegetables :p... and I'll be back in 'Kansas' before anyone even notices I left...

Cheers mates !

Hi Androgynus, enjoy your sabbatical! There are lots of interesting alchemists in the land of Oz. Looking forward to any insights you may obtain while there.

Thanks Illen, Dev, Salazius.

I'm very excited about the trip, but, as always (for me), no expectations :)

Enjoy your trip and discoveries :)
May is a good month for Alchemy.

My local May is actually like November in 'The Land of Oz' ;)

Besides, any month MAY be a good month for Alchemy, when used properly

Yes, I also know the experience, one's May is another's December!

Travel safely, Androgynus.

Travel safely, Androgynus.

Thanks Kris and everyone!

I'll be off now, I will try to check in if circumstances allow.

I can also be contacted through the available channels, should a matter of 'special interest' arise

I'm also packing my Red Shoes, just in case some magical heal-clicking could save me the excruciatingly long return trip

Just dropping in for a quickie...

I'm having the time of my life (alchemically and otherwise), my hosts are simply beyond wonderful, I've already met with a few amazing people (& more to come), the environment and circumstances seem highly favorable for Alchemy around here and basically, so far, it's been one of the best trips/journeys I have ever undertaken. I'm very happy to be where I am and to be doing what I am currently doing. Everything is highly synchronistic and in tune. I couldn't have possibly asked for more and I am very grateful for the opportunity to be here at this time.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone involved.

OK, I'm back in 'Kansas'...

If I were to have any expectations in the first place, this trip would have probably surpassed any of them :)

It was AMAZING.

I was received with a level of hospitality one can only dream of, so THANK YOU to my extraordinary hosts!

The Alchemical meetings/exchanges were pure Ph. Gold: Initiatory, uplifting, insightful, opening up even more channels in my 'alchemical brain', as well as unclogging previously exiting ones.

A certain amount of time will probably be necessary for processing everything, but I can't wait to go back to the lab :)

Right now I am in 'zombie mode' after the looong flight(s), so I'll just post an adorable picture of a Black Swan.

The term 'Black Swan' is often associated with some sort of wildcard event in the Northern Hemisphere, however it is a common sight in Oz.

Note the Alchemical colors:

So, welcome back to me :)

Hopefully I'll be traveling again soon, for a longer period of time.

Finally, alchemically or not, the best advice I can give is:

Find YOUR Philosophical Company.

Find the Others.

Reminds me of an alembic, with some personal touches to it. Floating on the bain-marie.

Welcome home

Thanks, but I'm still a long way for that particular (or should I say 'Universal' or 'Natural'?) state which enables one to feel 'Home', always.

'Home', for me, has never been a particular set of coordinates in time and space. And of this 'Natural State of Home', I have only had glimpses...

So I suppose (in line with this thread's title) that (for now) I am on a continuous 'Leave of Absence' of sorts...

But I'll let you know (or not :p) when/if I reach that 'permanent' (but elusive) 'Home State' :)

I'm going to Bulgaria for a month and I will not be online during this time.

Awani (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/member.php?1-Awani) and Kiorionis (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/member.php?8060-Kiorionis) will be available for any logistical issues that may arise.

Meanwhile, please be most excellent to each other and don't forget to eat your vegetables!

Tschüss...

Not only the moon, but apparently the entire world is indeed made of cheese.

And the most common (by far) reply to yes/no questions in Bulgaria is: maybe :)

For all those who know me, I am not "The Recipe Guy" :)

I hardly ate any cheese, BTW. And no yogurt either... The traditional Bulgarian cuisine is a bit... hmm... "foreign" for me :)
