Sal'

There is some info on, and blogs by, the author of your link, Jane G. Goldberg, Ph.D. , HERE (http://www.huffingtonpost.com/jane-g-goldberg-phd/)

The article is from The Huffington Post (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Huffington_Post#Awards) of which I had no knowledge, so I Wiki'ed it.

Below are some of the awards it has received:

• In 2012, The Huffington Post won the Pulitzer Prize in the category of national
reporting for senior military correspondent David Wood's 10-part series about
wounded veterans, Beyond the Battlefield.

• The Huffington Post is 2010 People's Voice Winner in the 14th Webby Awards and
is the Winner in Lead411's New York City Hot 125

• The Huffington Post was named second among the 25 Best Blogs of 2009 by Time.

• The Huffington Post won the 2006 and 2007 Webby Awards for Best Politics Blog.

• Huffington Post contributor Bennet Kelley was awarded the Los Angeles Press Club's
2007 Southern California Journalism Award for Online Commentary for political
commentary published on the site.

• The Huffington Post is ranked the most powerful blog in the world by The Observer.

• The Huffington Post co-founder Arianna Huffington was named in 2009 as number 12
in Forbes' first ever list of the Most Influential Women In Media. The same year,
she was ranked as number 42 in The Guardian's Top 100 in Media List.

So Jane G. Goldberg, Ph.D. appears to have good credentials.

However, as a sufferer of Psoriasis myself, I wouldn't recommend dry brushing due to the damage it can
cause to the skin. I have to remove a lot of dead skin because of my condition and what I do is take a long
soak in a bath and then wash vigorously under the shower...this has the same result but with less damage.

Just my opinion; my credentials are not as impressive as Ms. Goldbergs and I don't have a Ph.D,
but then I do look so young :)...I wished!

Salazius, as you probably know, Bardon suggests using boar hair brush, and I can testify that it works quite well.

Reminds me of this stuff... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gua_Sha I'm pretty sure the only thing this process does is stimulate blood flow in certain regions.

Ok, thanks guys, for the infos and the links. :)

Yes Bardon, absolutely. With cold shower (useful for Tumo practice, but practice also hot shower in order to make "hot yoga").

Yes Bardon, absolutely. With cold shower . . .

Bardon suggests brushing upper body mostly, I had a second look at the text.

There's something about boar hair in particular?
