So i resolved it.

It is the middle between Scorpius and Sagittarius which is what the modern astronomers/astrologers say it is.

Scorpio's Ruler is Mars and Sagittarius' Ruler is Jupiter.

So the next path is how to get the Middle.

I crunched all the methods that i know of and I resolved to the Modern Periodic Table.

Mars is Iron or Fe26.

Jupiter is Tin or Sn 50.

13 steps forward from Fe26 is element 38.

And yes, 13 steps backward from Sn50 is element 38.

so the middle number between Scorpio or Fe26 and Sagittarius or Sn50 is the thirteenth, Ophiuchus, or element 38.

What is element 38? More to come.

Just look at the electron configuration. It's all that you need to appreciate its beauty.

Element 38

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strontium

Both strontium and strontianite are named after Strontian, a village in Scotland near which the mineral was first discovered in 1790 by Adair Crawford and William Cruickshank.

The village name in Gaelic, Sròn an t-Sìthein, translates as the nose [i.e. 'point'] of the fairy hill, meaning a knoll or low round hill inhabited by the mythological sídhe.

The aos sí (Irish pronunciation: [iːs ˈʃiː], "ees shee", older form aes sídhe [eːs ˈʃiːðʲə]), "ays sheeth-uh") is the Irish Gaelic term for a supernatural race in Irish mythology and Scottish mythology, (usually spelled Sìth, however pronounced the same) comparable to the fairies or elves. They are said to live underground in fairy mounds, across the western sea, or in an invisible world that coexists with the world of humans. This world is described in the Book of Invasions (recorded in the Book of Leinster) as a parallel universe in which the aos sí walk amongst the living. In the Irish language, aos sí means "people of the mounds" (the mounds are known in Irish as "the sídhe"). In Irish literature the people of the mounds are also called daoine sídhe [ˈdiːnʲə ˈʃiːə]; in Scottish mythology they are daoine sìth. They are variously said to be the ancestors, the spirits of nature, or goddesses and gods.

Some secondary and tertiary sources including well-known and influential authors such as W.B. Yeats refer to aos sí simply as "the sídhe" (lit.: mounds).[1]

Sidhe

The people known as "The Sidhe" or people of the mounds, or "The Lordly Ones" or "The Good People" were descended from the "Tuatha de Danann" who settled in Ireland millennia ago and in being defeated by the Milesians they retreated to a different dimension of space and time than our own, believed to be living under mounds and fairy raths and cairns, and also the land of "Tír na nÓg" a mythical island to the west of Ireland. Placenames in Ireland with the pre-nouns Lis, Rath, and Shee are associated with these people for example Lismore, Lisdoonvarna, Sheemore, Rathfarnham etc.
Down through the ages the Sidhe have been in contact with mortals giving protection, healing and even teaching some of their skills to mortals - Smithcraft or the working of metals being one such skill. Cuillen (Culann) is one such sidhe smith who has been told of in the legends of Cúchulainn and the later legends of Fionn mac Cumhail.

The representation outside of Creation

The Strontians were a proud race of warriors that lived on the planet of Strontia, that was located in some part of space that was rule by the avian beings known as the Shi'ar. The Strontians possessed exceptional cognitive abilities that allowed them to achieve what ever they believed, this power made them invulnerable to most attacks, however, their abilities were not as effective against sorcery, which was forbidden by their own decree. However one of their elders revealed that Kallark confidence was such that he could withstand magic and it was necessary to allow certain adepts to study it so that they are prepared for it use by an enemy. While performing a trail for the right to be added to elite roster of the Shi'ar an Elder revealed to Tennet that if they were to doubt or question themselves, their power would fade.

Planet of Origin: Strontia in the Triangulum Galaxy
The Strontians are humanoids with a purplish skin pigmentation, which look externally a lot like humans. They possess exceptional cognitive abilities that allow them to achieve what ever they believe. This makes them potentially extremely powerful and invulnerable to most harm. Their abilities has been known to manifest itself in extreme cases in traits like superhuman strength allowing them to life several hundred tons, speed, reflexes, stamina; durability allowing them to withstand the blast of a supernova; heat vision stated as hotter than the heart of stars; frost breath and warpspeed flight capacities. Whatever their power's level, they remain vulnerable to a certain form of rare radiations.
They are a proud race of warriors who valued nothing above honor and duty. This made their fealty to the Shi'ar, under whose rule they live, was without question. While they possess an advanced civilisation, the extend of what they actually developed and what was brought to them by the Shi'ar remains unknown.

Strontians = Believe and it will happen. Put the power of faith before doubt. Enemy of faith is doubt, for when Strontians start to doubt, their power fades.
