The world is so close now, and all over the Internet people are spreading both hate and greed... but they are also spreading hope for humanity. We have never before been able to directly, almost individually... connect with each other. It will shape the future that we will live to see.

Here are two examples from Tyrese Gibson (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tyrese_Gibson). And don't focus on the Jesus angle (unless you are into Jesus that is) as it will cloud the core argument of the message. If the Internet can be kept fractal then all the big elephants will become irrelevant.

You can't break me, cause you didn't make me!

I think, we're living in the other side of the extreme, now, today, 'information overload. Whereas, the past would reveal that it was 'information control'. It would seem to me at least that they're both the same, two extreme poles. Both manufacture consciousness, one directs, the other confuses (with overload of information). All play on the easily frightened ego.

Unless I misunderstood this posting.

From the vantage point of the future I think this overload you mention is the watering of the soil.
