About two and a half months ago I ordered the RAMS library as many of you have recommended. I recieved the USB stick damage, in an unusable state, so I requested a new one via email. They said they would ship it, as of yet I have seen no sign of it. THey have also stopped responding to my emails entirely. Do any of you have any suggestions as to how to resolve this? I refuse to pay for another archive due to their incompetence and inability to communicate.

I've also had problems with them in the past. I bought the collection a few years ago, was promised to receive updates and never heard from them again.

I also think RAMS has changed ownership a year o two ago.

Is this the first time you ever order from them?

Yes, the new USB is kind of annoying compared to the old DVD. I spoke with the guy once and he did mention that for some reason a lot of the USBs were getting damaged. I imagine it's due to the mail sorting machines. Small envelopes aren't supposed to have items inside because they get bent in the machines. You have to use padded envelopes for that. Just email him and he will send you a new one. He is pretty busy it seems and at work a lot.
