Sulfur Heparis. What does it do?

Sulfur + Potassium Carbonate
Sulfur + Potassium Nitrate
Sulfur + NaCl ("sea salt")
Sulfur + Sodium or Potassium hydroxide

Would this have anything to do with Heparan Sulphate (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heparan_sulfate)?

Erm, not that I see, no.

Bacstrom talks about creating some sort of menstruum or tincture the dry way with these chemicals. Says it will go through color changes. Green, blue and then red when heated. A day's work.

Of course Bacstrom likes to inject his own interpretations, despite having never tried many of the processes.
