So i was reading the following article http://bibliodyssey.blogspot.gr/2009/01/ripley-scroll.html and it seems to be the original ripley scrolls from 14th century. So i was thinking since we have 2015 and alchemy just like all the other sciences and arts they have come in progress if we could decipher these manuscripts. At the time these manuscripts are written the alchemy still had the "magic" definition in it so for example dragon could stand for "blood" or the green lion could stand for "silver" and the yellow one could stand for some other unknown -so far- chemical compound. Is it possible to decipher this??

If you want to study practical alchemy then Ripley is, according to my understanding, an excellent source.

The Works of Sir George Ripley (http://www.alchemywebsite.com/ripworks.html)

If it is possible to decipher is up to the student... ;)
