I didn't like the article and I don't agree with it...
... But I thought of posting it here anyway, thinking that some other persons may enjoy it.

I've eaten it:

Although I prefer other "brands" as the Stone is a bit weak for my tastes.

As for what the article claims it is true that it is a worthy candidate, but a more suitable worthy candidate is DMT. No question. ;)

If you refer to the fungi of this thread the way to work with it is to EAT it, and loads of it. Then sit down in the dark and wait. Fungi IS mercury! ;)

I personally don't see any point of tampering with them... they are just fine on their own.

Don't forget your own thread: Shroom Stone (http://forum.alchemyforums.com/showthread.php?4905-Shroom-Stone)

I second this.

Just eat them. No need to apply any sophistical processes or anything. Eat a couple grams, turn off your lights, relax, and get ready to learn!

I wonder if you could conserve dry mushies in a type of booze and then enjoy a special rum or whiskey after a few months. Though, no idea how many glasses would be required to go to the rainbow. Perhaps it's not a good idea, as i don't know how psilocybin and the other compounds in combination with alcohol would react in the body.

Nature's best preservative, honey, works perfectly well for keeping, storing, preserving, and dosing dried mushrooms in my experience. I highly recommend this method of preservation & ingestion, especially if you plan on microdosing (which if you haven't given it a try already, is something I highly recommend trying a couple times...)

Thank you Schmuldvich, i will keep it definitely in mind.

I can't help but to repeat my slogan: I'm into macrodosing.

Kinda similar to Terrence McKenna's point of view :D

Well, i think micro dosage can have it's benefit too. Maybe right before a business meeting with some eggheaded suits in order to lighten up the powerpoint presentation. Anyways, it is proven that the consumption of mushrooms does rewire the brain, connecting parts that normally were not connected, also a one time consumption can eliminate severe depressions for at least 6 months, however, i'm not sure how high the required dosage is.

This is true, but if you need microdosing for such things then I suggest you quit that job. ;) I would more be interested in scientists microdosing whilst working on problems. Here it can have could results, but just to increase mental capacity for every day life then such a person is just an addict no different than an alcoholic IMO. And with a MACROdose you might never need a dose ever again.

Sorry if I offend anyone, but microdosing is for pussies. LOL. ;)

Thank god I'm not giving pp-presentations :D, but you are right. However if i would be the head of human resources, i'd rather invite the candidate to an Ayahuasca-session in order to form stable personalities for the company. Too many psychopaths in top-level management. Back to shrooms: Microdosing for scientists sounds interesting and promising, as well as therapeutic treatment for mental illnesses.

Once you've had Panaeolus cyanescens...you will never want to touch cubensis/mexicana/tampanensis again.

Growers tend to be the only ones who have them.
They keep it for themselves, while providing psilocybe varieties to the consumers.

I recommend the Hawaiian variety of Panaeolus cyanescens. 4-6 times more potent than cubensis. Happier experience also.

@Dendritic Xylem: I read once or twice about this variety. What are the main differences by your experiences in comparison?

Ever heard of psilohuasca (http://www.naturalbornalchemist.com/episodes/2017/1/8/episode-104-psilohuasca)? It is a combination of Psilocin containing mushrooms and a MAO inhibiting plant source.

I will check it out when i get home, i have no speakers here. Sounds like the total mangling of the right brain half, however, theoretically, it should result in a complete and entire brain synchronization.

Experience is always subjective and greatly influenced by environment and setting, so your mileage will vary.
But you can expect the p. cyans to be much more visual.
They have a cleaner and clearer feeling with less body load.
Someone on some forum said they don't have the "dark clown energy" that cubensis has. I like that description.
Supposedly, they contain serotonin which is claimed to be the reason for their much happier impact.
If you are a first timer or have low tolerance... 1/3 to 1/2 of a dry gram is usually enough.

Supposed to increase the experience to maybe 8-12+ hours!
It's important to avoid certain foods and drugs when playing with the maoi...

Yes, but I wouldn't play with MAOI at all unless I knew what I was doing (which I don't).
