From the article,

a donation of €300,000 to Amsterdam’s Ritman Library, also known as the Bibliotheca Philosophica Hermetica House of Living Books.

The generous gift will enable the Ritman to digitize thousands of “pre-1900 texts on alchemy, astrology, magic, and theosophy,”

I found both of those links originally but could not find any links to the digitized manuscripts!!

Maybe I'm just not seeing it, but I would love to view some of the manuscripts they have already digitized.

I haven't been able to find anything other than their E-Book collection on the website. The e-books range from 5-20 euros for the download.

Just because they're digitizing the books doesn't mean they're going to give them away for free.

Their online catalogue has a section of digitized books here: http://collection.ritmanlibrary.com/?mode=gallery&view=table&sort=random%7B1514681661611%7D%20asc&page=1&fq%5B%5D=search_s_digitized_publication:%22Ja%22&reverse=0

I'm sure if you find one you are interested in, they'll be more than happy to help you out. When I was there they seemed like really pleasant people.
