Watched it last night, and I agree it’s Brilliant.

Although now I’m trying to decide if I liked Phoenix’s Joker better than Heath Ledger’s. Not that it matters :)

Hard to compare because films so different in tone, but I think this new one has a far better Joker. More real, more depth... Ledger’s is more flamboyant and comic book like. Don’t get me wrong, he was great. I just prefer this kind more + the film is a great drama with or without Joker.

It’s the best depiction (with perfect pace) of descent into madness of any film I can think.

Just kidding.

Though, actually just watched it last night... movie was painfully boring... dear god. Why does the Harley Quinn movie look so much better?

I also didn't understand why he started killing people. ''For the longest time I've thought my life was a tragedy but I'm now realizing... It's a comedy.... *PEW*''...(not his exact words but along the lines)

I like to think itís because he wasnít able to get his meds.

Did everyone sleep during the film? He killed because of what happened in the train. Once you kill one person no reason to not kill two people. That’s the spark.

Some "agencies" allegedly use a technique of implanting fake memories in their agents, so they remember to have already killed someone, and when they actually do it it feels like they've already done it before.

Very good advice indeed.

Seen it twice now in the cinema, and because I was so into it the first time I never "heard" the music... there was so much to take in... now I have the soundtrack playing constantly. An awesome soundtrack by a great composer.

Every 5 to 10 years Holy Wood does create a real gem.
