worked myself through all the steps of Franz Bardon, only hoping
the in the higher steps ist was all not:;)

"just my imagination, running away with me" otherwise, a good magican must
be abel to work in aktive and passive imagination.

Franz Bardon is one of the clearest teacher I know - Initiation into Hermetics is probable one of the most powerful book written in our modern times.

If you find the discipline to follow it to the letter - no doubt your life will reach levels very few people only dare to dream of.

Hey Salazius,

The 10 step instruction course of Franz Bardon is the best training one could
wisch to have.
You learn disciplin, true will, how to work with system and success.
The most pupils stay stuck in the first steps, and they fall into traps on the road.
They think they must wordly fullfill every step.
It`s the best foundation for alchemy as well, cause you learn how to deal and
handle the four elements.
The second book about the shpäre magic teaches how to deal and use the powers
of the universe, but it is wise to go only deeper in the mystic evocation.

The third book .. keys to the true "Word -Kabbalah", if one is called by this work,
quite interesting, but the real meaning is to learn about the trues names of
everthing arround us and to draw the essence, just like we do it in the alchemy.

If you know the true name of the dragon, you are his master.

Nice Greets ... Joy:)

Hi Joy,

You are maybe aware that Rawn Clark, another student of Bardon is in Germany now. He is the author of "abardoncompanion.com" and I enjoy very much it's works.

Yes when you know it's name you can master it/him, when you know the matter, you can kill her and resuscitate her also. In french, "dresser", mean to master (an animal) and also, rising something, or make something with art/rules "dresser la table" is different from "mettre la table", which is more common and not done with delicatessen.

Hey Salazius,

good examples!!

Coming to Rawn Clark, his work is great.
In step 4 of Bardons work, his exercise how to move in objects, being an object,
helped me a lot, so the taste of the object stayed after it for a while in my mouth.

But ... I just listend shortly in the exercise of his Lesson Eight ...
"Techniques of Mental Wandering"

Right there I had a problem, these techniques are to complicated, I call this a
trap and it stops a lot people on the road.
So I changed to another direction of magic for one year, to learn astral and
mental traveling.

Rawn Clark is a so called pure Bardon person. Franz Bardon work is my base
in magic, but to be good I had to learn also from other magicians.

Bardon himself studied also everything about magic he could find, but kept
a straight and clear line in his work.

Thank you Joy for your opinion, I have found the idea of it's Archeous quite good. I made the pathworking of it's 8temple meditation project and learned a little of the TMO till step 5. All this is quite good, but too much Hebraic for me. I tend to be more a Natural Hermetist than a Kabbalist. Tastes and colors ...

Bardon did stage magic too, did he not?

10-09-2009, 11:44 AM
Yes, he did. "Frabato" (book) speak about it.

A rare combination. I wonder if he was any good.

He was very good at it, and a very good man too.
