    Iron Crotch

    Very little information can be found online about this technique in which the practitioner exercises his genitals by lifting weights tied to them. Also there doesn't seem to exist any book explaining the details of the method in english.

    I believe this method to have a great potential for redistributing the sexual energy back into the body. In some brief tests I have performed, I could feel 'energy' moving back through the spine and up towards the head. The way it moved is very similar to the one produced by the Big Draw exercise (taiost technique for circulating sexual energy, can be found for example in Mantak Chia's books).

    However, making the Big Draw to work, took me some months, while this method gave the similar results almost immediatelly! I understand that something great is hidden in this method, probably that is why it is still hidden.

    The technique is similar to women's kegels exercises with weights.

    I wondering, is anyone here familiar with this method or if there is any book or website detailing it?

    Thanks! The method comes under the name "Chi weight lifting" and Chia seems to be exposing it in detail.

    Don't be misconstrued. Cycling energy and having an iron crotch are two different things. One can have an iron crotch, or an iron neck, an iron head, leg, arm, etc... I've seen videos of Shaolin monks practice iron crotch by moving huge weights tied to their penis, and taking repeated kicks to the penis in order to not feel anything in the event of an attack to the groin. Get it.. a crotch made of iron..

    For several years I followed a practice from the East called Lung gom. It also works with distribution of weight, movement of energy, etc. You may find some advanced exercises under that discipline, seems to relate to what you wrote.
