Hmm, I don't know if there is a minimum post limit for uploading avatar pictures. I know there's a limit for expanded mailbox, rank-change, and a few other things… Awani would know.



Have you tried going to 'Settings' in the upper left margin, and finding the 'Edit Avatar' file in the menu on the right hand side?
