    Where is Federico Gualdi ?

Friedrich Walther, Signor Gualdi the forgotten Rosicrucian
" As for the last testimony giving Gualdi alive, he From a letter dated 2 November 1678 addressed to a number of "D. of R.". The old age of Gualdi? I resigned myself to ignoring it, Like its genealogy, its childhood, its youth and the first part Of his adult life. I also struggled to know its dates and places of Birth and death. Coming from nowhere and going somewhere, Gualdi Would he have escaped from the archive ?"
I often wonder about Friedrich Walther, what happened to him ?
what do you guys think ?

any one know more about this artist ? Friedrich Walther (German, ca. 1440–1494)
I'm looking for a bio of him

What is interesting about Gualdi's death is he was supposed to meet with his RC brothers and receive 2 exceptional manuscripts but before he met them his boat capsized and Gualdi drowned in a river.

I forgot how they are called (I need to dig em out) but i posses both of them. The trouble is they are handwritten in old german and very hard to read.

I would love to hear as much as possible about Gualdi's fate
his boat capsized and Gualdi drowned in a river.
i swear i read a write up long ago saying the river was far to shallow to drown in
    but maybe that's hopeful misremembering

You may have fun reading the ceremonies of the Societas Rosicrucianis in Anglia (S.R.I.A.)... which are quite Masonic actually, but with an alchemical twist and they replace the idea of "Hiram" (or the mythical character that teaches, then dies, etc) with Gualdi. Sure, it's not a historical source, but a XIX century creation... but still interesting as to see how the "myth" developed.

Ok, i will upload the best book on Gualdi that can be found but it is written in italian, partly in german and french and it did cost me a pretty penny to digitize it.
