I havent had much experience with the other forums. There does seem to be a few topics that are spoken of more openly, but the websites themselves are always really dodgy-looking and i just cant be fucked with it to be honest.

This site is easy on the eyes. Schuldvich; just copy and paste all the good shit you find over here would ya? Then we'll be 100% correct.

Is there going to be a forum face-off?

Caz there totally should be HAHA.

Did i get a mention on the other sites? Have I become notorious enough yet? Hahaaaaa!

    Who banned Awani?
It's his forum and he can do whatever the fuck he wants. Even ban himself, if so inclined

Hopefully, he will lift the ban and come back to us

Unfortunately, the answer is NO on both accounts.

You have been (so far) found to be UN-mentioned and non-notorious

They're all sending their sincere apologies.

Okay, so im not alchemy famous yet... damn....

Maybe if i start running around calling myself an adept and critizing all the work and discussions of others ill get a bit more rep.

Maybe even a fony book or too that i sell at a nice cheap rate of a thousand dollars.... that ought to do it.

A youtube video perhaps??? Nah i tried that.... LOL

Personally, I don't think anyone really cares (or should care) what others write about them or about this place on other forums.

But one may genuinely wonder, if this place is a "joke" and an "echo-chamber", then what are they still doing here?

BTW, registrations were disabled for a while because of some logistical issues. Now they are open again.

Also, it seems that quite a few people over there are self-proclaimed "adepts", so the big fights could be about who's more "adept" than the others

Apparently some people here on Alchemy Forums are also "misleading" others, even if at least one of the mentioned names has zero interest in Lab Alchemy:

But there is good news, too! Apparently, JDP and myself "got it" almost 60% right. ALMOST. LOL

Personally, I find all this quite hilarious

This place here has been created and is managed quite differently than some other platforms. Like, less war and more commerce, for example. By commerce, I mean exchanges. And no self-proclaimed gurus who "know it all" and come here for the sole purpose of "enlightening" those whom they consider worthy
Andro! You're missing all the good quotes! Keep looking!

You purposely make it look like all those quotes are from me, but the only quote that is from me is the quote about this forum being a joke and a big echo-chamber.

As I have stated repeatedly again and again I think most of the members here are goons, completely lost, full of themselves, and haven't got a clue what Alchemy is--yet I am happy to be amongst and interact with you goons daily. We all learn from each other.

JDP's scholarly expertise is something I especially admire. Awani, Andro, and Kiorionis all know exactly what I think of them too, as posted in the JDP For Moderator voting thread that Awani started.

Traveller, ah, traveller. This is the imbecile whom you banned here multiple times. I have never met someone who thinks so highly of himself. This guy is hilarious! I encourage you to read some of his older posts if you want to amuse yourself

According to Traveller, if you are not Traveller, which none of us are, then we all know nothing--haven't you read this fool's book...???

    Keep digging, Andro!

    Learning!

I come here to learn, interact, and ask questions that many people seem to not enjoy answering.

I wish this message board was more active.

Perhaps you should change something in the HOW of your asking techniques

The more you share, the more likely others would probably be to share with you. Isn't that how it usually works?

Maybe your buddies Traveller (don't recall him ever being a member here and getting banned) and E-Thor will join under different names, and THEN we'll see some activity!

(probably not for long, though )

Oh, one more thing, addressed to both JDP and Schmuldvich:

Any issue you guys may have going between yourselves around the "one matter" thing, PLEASE, for the sake of the gods, both old and new, resolve it privately. Like PM or email or whatever. Or do it on the dedicated thread. Don't fill the whole forum with it, or it will simply be deleted without relocation.

But that makes you an even bigger "joke". You are always here asking questions and requesting information of others; you know, the alluded "jokers", allegedly to "learn" from them.

Same as before: that makes you those alleged "goons" apprentice!

I wonder if those folks there over at N-D-C's forum know that you are also bad-mouthing them over here. The double-games that you play between both forums are starting to become clearer and clearer the more of these quotes come to the surface. Most people on the internet would consider such behavior that typical of a certain cave-dwelling mythical creature that grunts and carries a big club

I come here to learn, interact, and ask questions that many people seem to not enjoy answering.
This again prompts the question: what exactly would you want to learn from the people whom you despise as "goons"? You play the same little game over at N-D-C's forum. Plus, ironically, when people do the same thing to you, all you do is talk in riddles and evade the questions they asked you. It seems like you are already a "master" at the type of behavior you criticize (when others do it): tell me what I want to know, but I will not do the same for you! Again, most people around the internet associate such behavior as you display on both forums as a typical sign of a certain mythical creature that is usually portrayed like this:

I think it is a little misleading to not show the avatar or username of the person who made the quotes in all the jpeg images. Awani made a post sharing his personal feelings about some users on this forum because of what they said on another forum. There will always be people who will not agree with your particular viewpoint. Is this any reason to get upset? I don't believe so. Inside, everyone knows who they really are. This reminds me of myself when I was younger, I still had some growing to do. I would often get angry or explode prematurely. Let us try to see the other side, the other persons perspective. You guys are all smart. Everyone has their own purpose. No need to name call or insult. We are all BROTHERS and SISTERS. GOD BLESS.

I agree. I didn't omit the avatars on purpose. I just carved out the portions of the text that I thought were the most funny. My bad. If I can (=have the time to) find them again, I'll upload them with the respective avatars. But the non-Schmuldvich/E-Thor images are both from the same poster on that forum, "Traveller".

And now you're all grown and mature and there's no more growing left to do? I certainly am not

Are you familiar with the (relatively new) expression "virtue signalling"?
