If you're looking for practical applications once you've obtained our Alkahest you can peruse through Weidenfeld's writings for ideas: https://archive.org/details/fourbooksofjohan00weidiala

Boerhaave's "New Method Of Chemistry" (Third Edition) will keep you busy reading for weeks: Vol.1 https://archive.org/details/newmethodofchemi01boer, Vol.2 https://archive.org/details/newmethodofchemi02boer

These two authors will cover most everything you want to know.

And where can we find Weidenfeld's 5th book, the one that Alfr keeps mentioning in almost every post but only provides links to the first 4 books?

The first "four" books? All the links only point to the FIRST book (see the last page "The End of the First Book").

Where can Books 2, 3 and 4 be found? And then where can Book 5 be found?

    Hello Andro
nb i put always prodromo link and rares manuscripts on it and very rarely the most popular 4 books
BUT as you certainly know about Book 5, after extensive international research done by talented researchers,ex: the our friend Oliver Humberg etc etc BUT for now only the prodromo was found
and imho it says and indicates operationally already a lot and really a lot ....

but unfortunately the text 5 they have not yet found but NB on the operation of weidenfeld solvent secret svp etc there are other extremely generous handwritings that I have extensively quoted in my posts to which of course I still refer
    prodromo
    here
    I put English prodromo link
    https://www.scribd.com/document/3416...ibri-Secundi-1
    and profromo link i Latin
    https://books.google.it/books?id=CIx...page&q&f=false

    my best regard

    Hi alfr,

Do you know where Books 2, 3 and 4 can be found? The link that supposedly points to his "Four" books is actually only his first book. I have not seen Books 2, 3 and 4 anywhere.

Von Bernus says that R+C and Illuminati groups of that time took all existent copies and destroyed them for the eccessive eloquence... maybe they "convince" him not to print the test of the books... who know... if you look at alfr's links of the LATIN prodromus It is evident that It is the last pages of a x-hundred pages long book... just look at pages numeration, and that stems from book 2.

Hmmm...an adept in these days I would define as one who could make the stone. In that regard you only need the same books, remedial, save for ego which accomplished nothing as it separates you from completing the work of the wise, since to finish it you must humble yourself!

They are Cyliani: Hermes Unveiled (pdf)
ICH Real and True Road of Hermes Trismegustus
And Recreations Hermitques...all 3 outline the same path and if you put them in congruence with each other, where one is lacking description of the matter another is more charitable, where one leaves out process description the other offers insight....they are the only 3 books you ever need ever written in alchemy pertaining to the ultimate coction of the stone of the wise.
