    Alchemy, The Holy Science

Alchemy was called The Holy Science by many authors but they never explained what makes it so Holy. What's the difference between common and philosophical, profane and holy? Is it the choice of the right first matter, it's heavenly nature and origin, the prayer before starting the Great Work? Is there anything Holy below the surface of the earth from whence most so-called alchemists choose their own matter?

    What are your thoughts?

My understanding is that while the Alchemist makes the right conditions to allow Nature to perfect it's work, ONLY God can make the necessary seed. It's the seed that makes it most Holy.

My understanding is similar to yours but i believe it's the first matter which makes our science holy. In this matter all the seeds are shut like in a treasure chest waiting to be found by an artist. The ancients were heavily into stone worship and even Jesus has built his church on a holy stone. All religious people are holding stones in their hands when praying even Fulcanelli has hold the first matter in his hands every day without him realizing what it was but i think i know what it was.

The matter depicted in this rosary is close to the real first matter out of which the true rosary is made.

    Hi

If we consider God in all, As Hermes teaches, then the question is very hot.

If a mineral like antimony is made of God-material (just to give it a name) then why do many antimony works only work at a gross level?

Maybe for us it is better to not see certain things, that some particular states, the true states of matter, be Sealed. In this view it would make sense that alchemy is sort of unlocking the locks of matter, to enter in the closed palace of the King.

Which is not a reguls: a small king. But the King of kings.

Or maybe the difference is just the matter from which alchemy starts, which in any case would give wonders.

Or maybe both is true, and you can get fabulous results any way .

As for the rosary, it could look as mentioned, like volcano magma, but also coal or any of the countless black minerals of the world.

Edit: actually rosaries are used mainly for 2 reasons.

First: in Christian environment, to count 10 Ave followed by 1 Pater.
Second: in India, for example, rosaries are used to keep focus on the short prayers which are repeated hundreds of times, and not let mind wander.

Some believe special powers attributed to them, but it's more a belief thing. In India people even counts prayers on the hand-palm....

Has antimony ever been worshiped in any temple anywhere?

This is a common interpretation, yes it is hard to find any information on original meaning on prayer beads but they are somehow connected to the heavenly realm almost like a mediator to the divine.

You are very close but i couldn't find rosary made of the stone i had in mind so that was the closest looking rock i could find. The real ones have much more smoother surface.

Well first, I like your thpught pattern and thank you for starting this thread!

From my perspective I'd say that the way I see it is that since man is the subject of the stone of the wise that it is God's holy work to bring him from a fallen state back to his orginal form and that is what the stone does as far as it could for the physical body of man but also works on his spirit and soul. Since all life comes from his heavenly spirit and the stone is life itself coagulated, made form and magnified the powers of nature and indeed in regard to the multiplicative seed itself, is what gives it the power to cure all disease since likewise the penalty for sin was death, which was lies from the beginning from the father of lies, and this was the fruit that mankind ate, much like the masses do today, where his spirit is life. He himself is the emboddiment of Truth that brings life and dispels the darkness, falsehood and everyrhing false, it then shows us that death itself was another illusion and lie of the devil. Because if we trust in him and his holy work given to him by the Father we see that he is raised to life on the 3rd day and brought back the Adamantium body of the first Adam..it is for this reason he calls himself...The Son of Man. And we must raise him up. For as. Adam brought us death, Christ brings us life eternal. We must comprehend that God is spirit! We came here from a spiritual world and we return to it, undoubtedly and eventually we all do.......

Therefore we should worship him and commune with him where he intended from the begginning in spirit in the heart and mind. It is in the heart of man as he says that all evil arises and it is here that the heart of man must be remade....Love is the only way!

Love the Lord your God with all of your heart and all of your mind.

And if you have a problem with that...maybe you should ......pray? To start with ask him to change your heart!
    Peace and LVX

There is nothing wrong with statements above but i am gonna go a step further: Why are Rosaries needed for prayer? Is it just for counting Ave Marias or do we absolutely need it otherwise our prayers can't be heard?

Im not sure what you are getting at...I suppose you are lighting on the quality of that stone, not sure what it is....

But when we really believe in God we dont need to pray the same thing over and over again to be heard. In fact God already knows what we need and knows our minds and everything we do in secret. That is why Christ says:

“And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing(B) in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father,(C) who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. 7 And when you pray, do not keep on babbling(D) like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.(E) 8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need(F) before you ask him.

9 “This, then, is how you should pray:

    “‘Our Father(G) in heaven,
    hallowed be your name,
    10 your kingdom(H) come,
    your will be done,(I)
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us today our daily bread.(J)
12 And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.(K)
13 And lead us not into temptation,[a](L)
but deliver us from the evil one.[b]’(M)

14 For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.(N) 15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your
There is already a "stone" inside you that gives life to all, regardless of your belief. It happens when you draw air as ICH states. Fulcanelli often said..."provided one believes" This is because we all have free will, that is how much we are all loved as the sun rises on the wicked and the righteous alike. Christ says the Father doesnt see one person as better than the next, in fact all must repent!
That is called being self righteous but only God can make you righteous, it is the quality of The Holy Spirit to convict us of our sins.
    Peace and LVX
